1.0 By way of present petition the petitioner has prayed for direction directing the respondent authorities to consider and decide representation dated 18.02.2010, 15.01.2011 and 07.04.2011 and also prayed for direction to grant the unpaid/salary, difference of salary, subsistence allowance, leave encashment arrears, etc. of 6th Pay Commission with 12% interest.
2.0 Affidavit-in-reply is filed on behalf of the respondent No.2 wherein in paragraph 6 it is submitted as under:
"6.
The respondent No.2 humble submits that so far as the request of regularization of the suspension period is concerned, the petitioner herein has not addressed any letter so far. However, the Block Health Officer, Kawat addressed a letter/application in this regard on 30/03/2012 to the petitioner and a copy thereof is annexed herewith and marked as Annexure D. It t is submitted that as soon as a decision on such application/letter on the issue of regularization of suspension period is taken, the needful would be done for payment of difference in salary as the petitioner is already paid subsistence allowance for the period of suspension."
3.0 In view of the above, as stated in affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of respondent No.2, it is directed that such exercise will be done within a period of four months from the date of the receipt of the writ of the order of this Court. With the above observation, petition stands disposed of. Liberty to both the sides to apply in case of difficulty.
