Mr.A.J.Yagnik, learned advocate for the petitioner-Association, states that as the present petition is filed in a representative capacity the petitioner-Association would like to approach before Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice for mentioning of the matter. According to the learned advocate for the petitioner, the petition being filed in a representative capacity involves larger public interest, the petitioner desires to take appropriate steps. In order to permit him to do so, S.O. to 17.01.2012.
