(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after taking into consideration the pleadings of the parties, we do not find any element of public interest in this litigation so as to convert it to one as a Public Interest Litigation.

Let the matter be placed before the appropriate Bench for disposal.

Mr.Yagnik is at liberty to mention the matter before the learned Single Judge for taking it urgently.
