The petitioner, the Parent Teachers Association of Government Higher Secondary School, Perinthalmanna has filed this Original Petition seeking a writ of certiorari to quash Ext.P1(b) order passed by the first respondent and seeking a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order forbearing respondents 1 and 2 from giving permission to anybody including respondents 3 and 4 to use any part of the school premises for conducting any tournament, or for any like purposes till the end of January, 1998. By order dated 05/12/1997 this Court was pleased to stay the operation or implementation of Ext.P1(b) order. In view of the interim order already granted on 05/12/1997, nothing survives in this Writ Petition. Hence the same is dismissed. skj ANIL K.NARENDRAN, JUDGE
