Sri.Ganesh Shenoy, Adv. for R3 – Absent Sri.B.N.Tulsi Kumar, Adv. for R1-Absent) These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the R-1 to consider the proposal of the P-1 dated 2.9.2016 to negotiate with any other likeminded trust who are in a position to regularize the loan account of the borrower trust, and accordingly take over the school property and the running and management of the school or in the alternative offer the entire facility of the borrower trust to another similarly placed trust who can afford to liquidate the liability of the borrower trust and effectively manage the affairs of the P-2 school as produced at Annexure-E to this WP and etc., These Writ Petitions coming on for preliminary hearing in ‘B’ group, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Sri K.B.Monesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners.
Sri Y.D.Harsha, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent No.2.
Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the dispute between the parties has been amicably resolved and the loan of the petitioners has been settled.
In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions. Accordingly, the same are disposed of.
