1. The applicant has taken out present application seeking below mentioned relief/s:-
"3 (A) The Hon'ble Court be pleased to fix an early date of hearing for Misc. Civil Application No.2828 of 2008.
(B) The Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant such other and further reliefs as may be deemed fit and proper."
2. The Misc. Civil Application No.2828 of 2008 is already listed for hearing today. Actually under order passed today on the said Misc. Civil application No.2828 of 2008, hearing of the said application is adjourned to 10.7.2012 in view of leave note filed by Mr. Maulik J. Nanavati, learned advocate for opponent No.1. Therefore present Civil Application has become infructuous.
The civil application is accordingly disposed of as having become infructuous.
