Pursuant to the orders passed on previous occasion, learned standing counsel has obtained instructions, according to which amount of pension, increment and gratuity has already been released to the petitioner. So far as release of GPF is concerned, learned standing counsel states that the entire amount, due and payable to the petitioner, together with admissible interest in terms of the scheme, would be released to the petitioner within three months.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, noticed above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction upon respondents to ensure release of amount, due and payable to petitioner towards GPF, together with admissible interest, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
