Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA for the State.
The applicant has expressed his willingness to deposit Rs.1,65,000/- in terms of the order dated 16.01.2018 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C No.1761 of 2012. It is submitted that due to poverty the amount could not be deposited a pre- condition for granting of bail.
In that view of the matter, this application is disposed of directing the Court below to accept the amount of Rs.1,65,000/- being deposited on behalf of the applicant.
