The office is directed to call for the report of Registrar, District Court, Valsad (Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge at Valsad) with reference to the averments and allegations made in para 3 of present petition read with two affidavits dated 28.02.2012 at Annexure-E (page 116 and 117) of present petition. The report should also contain complete details with reference to the allegations which are made in the memo of petition and the affidavits as also with reference to the allegations which have been made with reference to the learned District Judge.
At this stage the report of the Registrar, District Court, Valsad is called for and if it appears necessary and appropriate Court may call for the report of the learned District Judge. The report from the office of Registrar, District Court, Valsad should reach office of this Court on or before 4th July 2012. S.O. to 4th July 2012.
