A note is placed before this Court addressed by the petitioner to the Registrar General High Court of Gujarat with a request to place the said note before the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice with a specific request for placing Special Civil Applications No. 3458 of 2012 and Special Civil Application No. 3959/2012 together for hearing so that the same an be heard by the same Court.
Both the learned advocates appearing for the parties jointly request to adjourn this matter to enable them to avail the order on the note, prepared for placing the same before the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice.
Office shall place the same before the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice for necessary direction as urged for.
This petition is adjourned to 1st May 2012, in light of the above development.
