Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner was appointed on the post of Assistant Teacher in Junior High School, Madarsa Jamia Anwarul Uloom Tulsipur, District Balrampur, vide letter dated 28.3.2012 after completion of selection process. Approval to the selection and appointment was also given. Subsequently, however, approval has been stayed by the Registrar vide decision dated 06.6.2012.
