Ms.Archna Raval, learned Assistant Government Pleader, under instruction, submitted that the petitioner may approach the concerned authority with the requisite documents like final order under ULC proceedings, Map, Sketch, Rojkam etc. with certified copies thereof, so that appropriate order could be made and the matter could be re-considered in light thereof.
Shri Datta, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission, at this stage, to withdraw this petition with a view to approach the authority with all the documents as stated hereinabove, and seeks liberty to file fresh petition in case of difficulty.
Permission, as prayed for, is granted. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Notice is discharged. Direct service is permitted.
