(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict through jail seeking temporary bail for a period of 60 days so as to inquire about GPF, Group Insurance and arrears of 6th Pay Commission.
Learned APP Mr.L.R.Pujari invited attention of the Court to the jail remarks, which show that in the month of January-February 2012, the convict was out for 8 days on the occasion of marriage of his niece. He could have as well inquired at the relevant time.
The application is rejected.
However, in the event, the convicts files any application or requests the jail authorities to forward the same to the concerned authority, the jail authorities must extend required cooperation to the convict i accordance with law.
