The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent has paid the entire amount due to the petitioner. What remains is only to cancel the Gehan by executing a registered document. Thereafter, the original title deeds of the respondent would be released to him. The counsel for the review petitioner assures that the above proceedings would be completed within a period of one week from today. This is recorded.

The review petition is disposed of, recording the above submission.
