Petitioner's grievance that without passing any order his salary has been withheld from May, 2019 to July, 2021 can be appropriately examined by respondent no.2 at the first instance. An appropriate order in that regard would be passed by concerned respondent, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.
Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
