JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondents have not followed the procedure prescribed under the Rules. He further states that the selected candidate has only secured 21.77 marks, whereas the petitioner has secured 25.42 marks.
In view of the above, issue Notice the respondents, returnable on 2nd July, 2012.
