By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuing a writ of mandamus directing the Additional Commissioner (Adm. IIIrd) Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur to decide Revision No. 165-D/2013-14 (Sursati vs. Paras), expeditiously.
No useful purpose will be served in keeping the writ petition pending. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Additional Commissioner (Adm. IIIrd) Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur , to decide Revision No. 165-D/2013-14 (Sursati vs. Paras), in accordance with law, within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merits.
