Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead the State as a party in the writ petition. He may serve a copy of the writ petition on the learned Standing Counsel.
This writ petition has been filed for the expeditious decision of the Revision which was filed against the order dated 04.11.2011 passed in proceedings under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only dates are being fixed and no substantial orders are being passed in the Revision.
It is, therefore, directed that the Revision No. 5/42/D/2010-2011 (Paras Vs. Sursati Devi), be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
