Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
Petitioner wants that the respondent nos.2 and 3 be directed to decide his representations dated 5.10.2019 and 9.10.2019. A reading of the aforesaid representation reveals that the petitioner wants to recover certain amounts from the respondent no.5, who is a private person.
The petitioner for the above purpose of recovering any amount from a private person has to seek remedy before the civil Court rather than by means of a writ petition.
In view of the above, we do not deem it necessary to issue any directions to respondent nos.2 and 3 to decide the above reprsentations.
The writ petition, as filed by the petitioner is misconceived and is dismissed.
