The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to Civil Judge (J.D.), Azamgarh to decide the recall/restoration application bearing misc. case no.193 of 2003 (Paras Vs. Mohari) within stipulated period with further prayer to direct the respondent no.2 not to dispossess the petitioner from the land in question In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court is of the opinion that the misc. case no.193 of 2003 (Paras Vs. Mohari) supported with affidavit be decided.
In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the concerned court below to consider and decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties Order Date :- 26.2.2021 Pramod Tripathi
