A preliminary objection has been raised on behalf of opposite party no. 2 that present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is not maintainable as the applicants have already moved criminal revision against the impugned summoning order dated 26.7.2017, which has been admitted and is still pending adjudication before the lower revisional court.
At this stage, learned counsel for the applicants states that he be permitted to withdraw the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. and the same may be dismissed as such.
The application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.
