The appellant no. 1 Paras Nath died on 5.1.2004 leaving behind his heirs mentioned in paragraph-3 of the affidavit. Learned counsel for the appellants Sri Siddharth Jaiswal states that he represents the legal heirs of appellant no. 1. In view of the above, the application is allowed. In front of the name of appellant no. 1, the word since deceased be mentioned and his legal heirs mentioned in paragraph-3 of the affidavit be substituted/impleaded as the appellants. The substitution be carried out within two weeks. The appellant no. 2 Mst. Sibai died on 2.4.1994 leaving behind Shyam Lal Maurya and Shayam Behari, sons as her legal heirs. Shyam Lal Maurya also died on 27.12.1996 leaving behind his heirs Ved Prakash and Gautam Prakash. The application is allowed. In front of the name of appellant no. 2, the word since deceased be mentioned and her legal heirs Shyam Lal Maurya and Shyam Behari be substituted/impleaded as the appellants. After the substitution of the names of Shyam Lal Maurya and Shyam Behari, in front of the name of Shyam Lal Maurya, the word since deceased be mentioned and his legal heirs Ved Prakash and Gautam Prakash be substituted/impleaded as the appellants.
