Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondent.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"a) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.1 to consider and decide the mutation case bearing Case no.277 of 2010 under Sectin 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901, Paras Nath Vs. Rajesh Kumar pending in the Court of Tehsildar, Tahsil Soraon, District Allahabad within the period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court."
It is stated that a mutation case under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act filed by the petitioner in the year 2010 has not been decided till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.1, Tehsildar, Tehsil Soraon, District Allahabad (Prayagraj) to endeavour to decide the mutation case of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
