Sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Case No. T- 201802030405089 of 2018 (Paras Nath Vs. Ramsajeevan and others) under section 116 (Revenue Code, 2006) pending in the court of S.D.M. Handia, Allahabad, be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is therefore, directed that the Case No. T-201802030405089 of 2018 (Paras Nath Vs. Ramsajeevan and others) under section 116 (Revenue Code, 2006) shall be decided within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
