Sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Case No. 143/2005- 2006 computerized case no. T20061436316 (Pancham Vs. Abhiraji) under Section 41 of U.P. Land Revenue Act pending in the court of Sub-Divisional Officer, Tehsil-Machhalishahar, District Jaunpur, be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is therefore, directed that the Case No. 143/2005-2006 computerized case no. T20061436316 (Pancham Vs. Abhiraji) under Section 41 of U.P. Land Revenue Act pending in the court of Sub-Divisional Officer, Tehsil-Machhalishahar, District Jaunpur, shall be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
