Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions submits that the revenue records of the village as well as the petitioner in particular shall be completed within a period of two months. The disciplinary enquiries have already been initiated against the defaulting officials.
Instructions provided by the learned Standing Counsel are taken in the record.
The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel on the basis of the aforesaid instructions.
In case the aforesaid records are not completed and provided to the petitioner within a period of two months, it shall be open to the petitioner to file a contempt application.
A copy of the instructions has been made over to Shri Anil Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner.
