The relief claimed in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the trial court to decide the Original Suit No. 802 of 2018 (Paras Nath Vs. Ram Nath and others) within a time stipulated by this Court.
This Court does not find any extra ordinary reason on record to issue such a direction in a suit instituted in the year 2018, which will have effect of giving precedence over other old matters pending before the same court.
At this stage, counsel for the petitioner submitted that the application 6-C is also pending and the same may be directed to be decided.
In case any application is pending, the trial court shall endeavour to decide the same expeditiously.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
