Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The sole submission of counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Basti to decide the Original Suit no.345 of 1999 (Maya Devi and another vs. Baburam and others) which is pending since 1999.
In view of above, the petition is disposed of by directing the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Basti to decide the Original Suit no.345 of 1999 (Maya Devi and another vs. Baburam and others) expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
