JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Devendra Kumar Arora,J.
Mr. Kapil Mishra, learned counsel for the Electricity Corporation informs that the electricity dues has been deposited by the petitioner therefore the Electricity Corporation has no grievance against the petitioner. So far as the citation of recovery is concerned, he submits the Corporation has already withdrawn the recovery certificate, therefore, there is no occassion for the Recovery Officer to recover the recovery charges. Thus, Electricity Corporation supports the case of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, we hereby quash the recovery citation dated 5.06.2010 issued against the petitioner. In the result, the petition is allowed.
