The courts below have concurrently decreed the suit for recovery of possession on title. The title of the plaintiff has been traced to Exts.A12 and A13 partition deeds. The defendant does not lay any claim over the land in question. The contention of the defendant is that the building was constructed on the puramboke land. There is paucity of evidence to hold that it was the defendant who constructed the building.
2. There is no question of law much less any substantial question of law. I do not find any infirmity in the decree of the courts below.
The Regular Second Appeal is dismissed.
