The petitioner has filed this writ petition complaining of the delay in disposal of Ext.P4, which is an application for the issue of an occupancy certificate to the petitioner's building. Adv.T.R.Rajan appears for the respondent Municipality. 2. Since Ext.P4 is pending consideration of the respondent, it is only appropriate that the same is considered and disposed of, expeditiously.
This writ petition is, therefore, disposed of directing the respondent to consider Ext.P4 application of the petitioner in accordance with law, and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of one month of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
