It is submitted by learned APP that committal order is passed under Sec.209 of Cr.P.C. and case is numbered as Sessions Case No.209 of 2011. It is further submitted that charge is also framed and trial will be completed in near future.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted as prayed for. This application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Trial Court is directed to dispose of the trial of the Sessions Case No.209 of 2011 as early as possible preferably within six months from today failing which, applicant is at Liberty to approach this Court and in that event, it will be decided on merits, in accordance with law and without being influenced by this order of withdrawal. Rule is discharged.
