This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 22.12.2005 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/ Fast Tract Court, Jaunpur in Criminal Revision No. 688 of 2005 and the order dated 24.09.2005 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jaunpur in Misc. Case No. 214 of 2005.
This application was filed in the year 2007 and the matter appears to have lost its efficacy due to efflux of time, moreover none has appeared on behalf of the applicant to press this application.
In the fact and circumstances of the case, this application is rejected as having become infructuous.
Interim order, if any, granted earlier stands vacated.
