As per Office report dated 31.08.2020, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhansi vide its report dated 14.03.2019 has informed that the sole appellant, Pappu had died in the year 2005 during pendency of the appeal. Hence, on account of death of above mentioned appellant, the appeal has lost its efficacy.
Accordingly, the appeal on behalf of the appellant-Pappu stands abated.
Let the appeal be consigned to record.
