Sri Atul Kumar, learned counsel for the complainant is not present though a copy of the correction application has been served to him, as it appears from the application itself.
This is an application for correction of the order dated 01.08.2019.
Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that on 01.11.2018 this Court granted bail to applicants but in the said order, Section 148 I.P.C. has been left out, as it has also not mentioned in the memo of appeal as well as in the bail application.
Learned counsel for the appellant is permitted to make necessary correction in the memo of appeal as well as in the bail application.
The correction application is allowed.
The aforesaid order is corrected as follows:
Let the words "Section 148 I.P.C." be added in para 6 of the order dated 01.11.2018 and also the same be corrected in the memo of appeal as well as in the bail application.

Learned counsel for the appellant states that he had earlier moved a correction application in the present appeal on behalf of the applicant- Pappu and Muzammil for correcting the order dated 01.11.2018 but the same could not be traced out, hence, he moved the present correction application. But today it appears from the record that earlier filed correction application has been traced out, hence, the same has been heard and disposed of today.
Accordingly, the present correction application is dismissed as not pressed.
