Notice need not be issued to private respondents, at this stage.
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction upon respondent no.2 to conclude the proceedings under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for partition, expeditiously.
As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, with the consent of the parties, the matter is being disposed of at this stage without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to respondents, with a direction upon respondent no.2 to conclude the proceedings of Case No.07750 of 2018 (Computerized Case No.T201805440407750), if there is no legal impediment and after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law by reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order, downloaded from the official website of Allahabad High Court.
