Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
The instant contempt petition has been filed for flouting the order dated 06.08.2019 passed in Writ Petition No. 25769 of 2019, for deciding Case No. 1922 of 2015, expeditiously.
On specific query, learned counsel for the applicant is unable to show that there is any wilful or deliberate disobedience on the part of the opposite party complying the order of this Court.
In view thereof, petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to make an appropriate expedite application. In the event, such an application is filed, the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
