Petitioner is working in the office of Executive Engineer i.e. respondent no.5. Grievance is that despite various representations made with regard to release of salary between January, 2020 to August, 2020 as well as payment of travelling allowance, the authorities have not taken any decision so far. Hence, this petition.
Sri Om Prakash Mishra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case no decision has been taken upon petitioner's representation, the authority competent shall examine the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.5 to accord consideration to petitioner's grievance, noticed above, by passing an appropriate order, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of copy of this order.
