Ref: Correction Application Heard Mr. V.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This correction application has been filed seeking correction in the order dated 22.1.2021. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in fourth line of second paragraph of order dated 22.1.2021, section 332 has wrongly been transcribed as section 323. Same be corrected accordingly.
Prayer made for is bonafide.
Accordingly in place of Section 323, mentioned in fourth line of second paragraph of order dated 22.1.2021, Section 332 shall be read.
This correction shall form part of order dated 22.1.2021.
With the aforesaid direction, this correction application is finally disposed of.
