Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present application has been filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. for directing the Court of A.D.J., Jaunpur to decide the discharge application dated 20.09.2017 in S.T. Number 87 of 2017 (State Vs. Pappu @ Satya Narayan), Case Crime No. 0421 of 2016, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 506 I.P.C.
and 3(1) X SC/ST Act, Police Station Sujanganj, District Jaunpur, pending before the Court of A.D.J. II, District Jaunpur.
Learned counsel for the applicant, Pappu @ Satya Narayan Yadav, contended that charge-sheet against the applicant was submitted on 24.05.2017 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 506 I.P.C. and 3(1) X SC/ST Act and against the cognizance order the discharge application dated 20.09.2017 filed by the applicant in the court of A.D.J. II, Jaunpur but the discharge application is not yet to be decided by the trial court.
Learned counsel for the applicant prays for early disposal of this application.
Considering the contention made by the learned counsel for the applicant and in the interest of justice, trial court is directed to decide the discharge application dated 20.09.2017 expeditiously preferably within two months from today.
Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of accordingly.
