JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 51
Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. BAIL APPLICATION No. - 40672 of 2019 Applicant :- Pappu @ Saleem @ Saleem Miyan Opposite Party :- State Of U.P. And Another Counsel for Applicant :- Rakesh Pati Tiwari Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A.
Hon'ble Vipin Sinha,J.
Heard Sri Rakesh Pati Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Jhaman Ram, learned AGA appearing for the State and perused the recod.
This anticipatory bail application moved on behalf of applicant praying to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.627 of 2019, under Sections 3/5/8, Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, and Section 11 Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, Police Station Baradari, District Bareilly.
I have perused the FIR as well as the order by means of which the anticipatory bail application moved on behalf of the applicant has been rejected.
It has been contended by the counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. Therefore, the applicant may be enlarged on anticipatory bail.
Learned AGA appearing for the State opposed the bail and submitted that looking to the gravity of offence, the applicant is not entitled to be enlarged on anticipatory bail.
Having heard the counsel for the parties and looking to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, no case for grant of any indulgence has been made out.
Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is hereby
rejected.
