Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents.
By means of this writ petition the petitioner has sought Police help against respondent no.5.
In case, there is any threat perception to the life and property of the petitioner, he can approach the Police Authority by filing an FIR or in the alternative can go before the Judicial Magistrate under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. In a writ proceeding, such orders cannot be passed.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
