The petitioner has sought for the following reliefs:
(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to protect the life of petitioner and his family members forthwith.
(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to take legal action against respondent no. 5 in accordance with law.
The prayer made in this writ petition is misconceived.
The writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
