Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State, Shri Lavesh Sharma, learned counsel for the first informant and perused the record.
Applicants seeks anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 227 of 2021, under Sections 147, 323, 308, 324 IPC, Police Station Jagdishpura, District Agra.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants states that he does not want to press this anticipatory bail application and the applicants are ready to surrender before the court below and apply for regular bail.
In view of the statement made, in case, the applicants appear/ surrender before the court below and apply for regular bail, the same be considered and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid directions, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
