The instant petition is pending since 1999 challenging the proceeding of Case No.4089 of 1998 (State Vs. Muzahid and others), under sections 147, 148, 149, 302 I.P.C. pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aligarh as well as charge sheet dated 13.10.1998 vide No.68/98. The petition cannot be kept pending for indefinite period.
The petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
