Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. appearing for State and perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to set aside the order dated 21.7.2005 passed by the Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Varanasi in Complaint No. 1946 of 2006 summoning the revisionist under Section 323, 325, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Chaubeypur, District- Varanasi.
Learned counsel for the applicants has stated that a compromise has to be entered into between the parties as the offences are compoundable. It is also stated that the parties have already filed compromise before the trial Court on 4.3.2008 but no order has been passed by the trial Judge.
The applicant is at liberty to move an application along with the copy of the compromise within 15 days from today along with order of this Court before competent court who shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law considering the factum of compromise as early as possible, preferably within 45 days thereafter.
With the aforesaid observation, this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of finally.
