Order on Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.313674 of 2016 Applicant seeks bail in ST No.70 of 2014 Case Crime No.606 of 2013 u/s 302/34 IPC PS Kotwali Farrukhabad District Farrukhabad.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
Learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly informed that in another case under Section 302 IPC the applicant was convicted and was given a death penalty. The reference has been confirmed by this Court even though the appeal is pending before the Apex Court in which the death sentence has been stayed.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present bail application is rejected at this stage.
