Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents and Shri Amresh Singh, Advocate appearing for the fourth respondent.
In pith and substance, the petitioners are agitating before this Court that their applications/representations dated 18.12.2014 and reminder dated 13.12.2017 pending before the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Bareilly, District Bareilly may be decided at the earliest.
Learned counsel for the respondents have submitted that in case applications are still pending consideration, the same may be decided by the Authority concerned expeditiously.
No fruitful purposed would be served in keeping the writ petition pending.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, on consent, the writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Bareilly, District Bareilly to look into the grievance of the petitioners and decide the aforesaid applications expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him, but certainly after according opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders in the matter.
