Paper vs Seshasayee

DAVE) Before the appeal has been effectively heard, learned advocate Shri Jigar Rawal appearing for the appellant has submitted that the parties to the litigation have settled their dispute out of the Court by executing a deed of compromise and settlement dated 30th December, 2006. A copy of the said deed is placed on record. In the circumstances, he seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.

Permission for withdrawal of the appeal is granted. The appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.
