ORDER: (per Hon’ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition was taken up on the basis of a newspaper clipping dated 27-02-2006. The issue related to the alleged cruel behaviour of a Corporator with the police. As the issue dates back to the year 2006, no useful purpose would be served by adjudicating this case at this late point of time. The writ petition is accordingly closed. No order as to costs.
